We’ve been on pins and needles watching the Tour.
Being a company of cycling enthusiasts, we not only regard the Tour as the classic test of cycling prowess and determination…but also see it as a true test of our products. We are personally invested as official sponsors of Tinkoff Saxo, Trek Factory Racing and Team IAM Cycling. In fact, Feedback Sports founders/owners, Doug and Lisa Hudson are there right now visiting with the team directors, racers and (perhaps most importantly from our engineering-based stand-point) the race mechanics. They are the true unsung heroes of the Tour.
We know that if our products can weather the demands Pro-Cycling mechanics throw at them day in and day out at an event like the Tour de France, then they will certainly meet the needs of a Bike Shop or a home-mechanic. But don’t take our word for it. Check out this video of a Tinkoff Saxo bike getting the special treatment with our Sprint Stand.
Doug and Lisa’s trip is not completely all work and no play. Because as cyclists, that would be a colossal waste. By day two of their visit, they were taking in the local sights by climbing Mont Ventoux three times in one ride for 17,414 ft of climbing.
We know that our customers have a choice when they purchase bike maintenance products. Why not choose the products that have been designed by cyclists, reviewed by the experts and tested by the Pro’s? Seriously. To put it in reference we’ll leave you with a quote from the mighty Jens Voigt, “Oh, you poor thing, you’ve got no chance, you’re already beaten.”
