A few years ago I picked up a Sprint repair stand and haven’t looked back. What a multitasking machine! Working on bikes is a dream and washing CX bikes on it has made life much better for our resident pit monkeys. The ability to spin the bike in the stand sets it apart from the competition and puts the sprint stand on a whole other level. As a manager of a junior development team this thing has been in hard service for the past two years. Multiple races, more bike washings than can be counted at this point, and fixed many bikes that were worked on by ” I saw how to do it on you tube” mechanics. Expectations exceeded at every turn. I purchased a RAKK from Feedback and it’s superb in every way—sturdy, holds my bike very secure, nicely put together. What’s equally important is what happened after I got it. Within a few days, due entirely to my reckless abandon, I fouled up one of the screw-in threads and the grip wouldn’t work. I called Feedback for advice and to order the right replacement part. First, I talked to a live person right off the bat; second, they were super accommodating and insisted—yes, insisted, that they would replace the part at no charge (and no shipping charge). It didn’t matter, if it was my fault, they wanted me to be entirely happy with their product. Within a few days ((not weeks) I got the part, easily fixed the stand and I’m back to where I should be. In this day and age where ‘customer service’ is an antiquated concept, Feedback truly stands out. A great company that’s worth doing business with. I’ll buy from them whenever I can.
