I purchased a RAKK from Feedback and it’s superb in every way—sturdy, holds my bike very secure, nicely put together. What’s equally important is what happened after I got it. Within a few days, due entirely to my reckless abandon, I fouled up one of the screw-in threads and the grip wouldn’t work. I called Feedback for advice and to order the right replacement part. First, I talked to a live person right off the bat; second, they were super accommodating and insisted—yes, insisted, that they would replace the part at no charge (and no shipping charge). It didn’t matter, if it was my fault, they wanted me to be entirely happy with their product. Within a few days ((not weeks) I got the part, easily fixed the stand and I’m back to where I should be. In this day and age where ‘customer service’ is an antiquated concept, Feedback truly stands out. A great company that’s worth doing business with. I’ll buy from them whenever I can.
I recently put Feedback Sports’ tools to the test by wrenching on a plethora of bikes totaling 37 hours over a 6 day period in a local bike shop, fully catering to the Ironman Tri-athletes and shop’s rental fleet. There are only two shops in Kona so you could imagine how busy we were with a lot of the over 2,300 athletes and their support crews coming in for repairs, bike builds and needing to rent bikes. Overall I was very impressed with the durability, effectiveness and even the SHEEN of the kit!!
