I purchased a RAKK from Feedback and it’s superb in every way—sturdy, holds my bike very secure, nicely put together. What’s equally important is what happened after I got it. Within a few days, due entirely to my reckless abandon, I fouled up one of the screw-in threads and the grip wouldn’t work. I called Feedback for advice and to order the right replacement part. First, I talked to a live person right off the bat; second, they were super accommodating and insisted—yes, insisted, that they would replace the part at no charge (and no shipping charge). It didn’t matter, if it was my fault, they wanted me to be entirely happy with their product. Within a few days ((not weeks) I got the part, easily fixed the stand and I’m back to where I should be. In this day and age where ‘customer service’ is an antiquated concept, Feedback truly stands out. A great company that’s worth doing business with. I’ll buy from them whenever I can.
I love the Feedback Sports stands. I’m not exaggerating when I say that at least once during every race this year, I’ve turned to Doug Sumi, our field wrench, and said, ‘Man, I love these stands.’ They’re easy to carry, use, and store. They really make my job easier.
