    :

The only reason I clean my bikes is because of this stand, honestly. Not only is it crazy easy and light weight to set up, but it is also sexy! My bikes have never been happier thanks to the Ultralight.

  2. :

I like the features and setup of my just purchased Ultralight Work Stand, however, when I try rotating the stand to hold my bike in other positions (e.g., perfectly parallel to the ground, front wheel higher than rear wheel) the clamp does not generate enough friction to keep my bike in the position. The stand was recommended to me by a local bike mechanic over a competitor’s stand on a Facebook post (i.e. survey) I wrote. Who can I talk with about this? I’m a happy owner, but this inability to hold the bike at any angle doesn’t seem right to me.
