This team got it’s start in 2016 with a unique premise: dominate the Red Hook Crit Series. All in. Throw everything at it. Heck, design special BIKES around each race–and make them pretty. Then add two super fast guys to ride said pretty bikes. That’s exactly what they did in 2016 and it was wildly successful.
Specialized is aiming high yet again and has added more racers to the roster. They will be highlighting a different designer at each of the four Red Hook Crit (RHC) races, with each designer interpreting the riders’ complete look, including bikes, skinsuits, helmets, and shoes with creative direction completely open for the designer to go any way they wish. As for the racers…well, they only get to go one way. And that is fast.⠀
