Sturdy yet lightweight design

I work for a sales rep company that sells tactical gear to the military. I was looking everywhere for a clothing rack that fit in my deployment bag for air travel. I searched high and low for a sturdy yet lightweight design, and at first, all I could find were cheap plastic ones on Amazon. I happened to stumble upon this guy and it's amazing! It will stand up to any beating you throw at it, it'll hold very heavy items on it, and it's great for travel. I ended up having to disassemble the entire unit and cut off about 15" because it only folds down to 45". I've now got it down to 36". My ONLY recommendation on improving this product would be to redesign it so that it is able to fold down to a travel friendly size or disassemble easier into smaller pieces for travel.
