Feedback Sports Warranty Policy

Warranty

In our commitment to uncompromising product quality, Feedback Sports provides a limited warranty on all Maintenance, Training and Storage products. Feedback Sports warranty covers products purchased directly from Feedback Sports or authorized reseller/distributor. Feedback Sports warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for the period stated on the product, product packaging or feedbacksports.com.

Feedback Sports and our global distributors offer replacement parts for most of our current products as well as some products that have been discontinued.  Please check our Support Site for availability and technical information. 

Replacement parts can be purchased directly from Feedback Sports or through your local distributor for any customer outside of the USA.  International Distributor

Warranty Exclusion

In no event shall Feedback Sports be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from the following: damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, alterations, improper installation or operation, pre-owner, refurbished, or use of unauthorized repair parts. The warranty is not transferable, the warranty is not valid to anyone other than the original purchaser.

Right to Repair

We believe that consumers have the right to repair their own Feedback Sports products. That's why we offer a variety of resources to help you do just that, including:

  • Instructions: We provide detailed instructions for repairing our product. These instructions are available through our Support Site.
  • Replacement Parts: We sell genuine replacement parts for most of our products. These parts are available through our website Feedback Sports (USA only) or through our local International Distributor.
  • Tools: We offer a variety of tools that can be used to repair our products. These tools are available through our website: Feedback Sports or at your local bicycle shop. 
  • We believe that by providing these resources, we are empowering consumers to take control of their products and save money on repairs.

Warranty Process (USA Only): 

If the product should become defective within the warranty provisions, we will elect to repair or replace it free of charge at our discretion, including free return postage, provided it is delivered prepaid to Feedback Sports. All products needing to be sent to Feedback Sports for repair or replacement must have a Return Authorization Number and will be returned to the sender un-repaired if one is not included. Proof of purchase must be submitted with the returned product. If the product is determined to fall under warranty, Feedback Sports will pay for return shipping to the customer.

Please contact Feedback Sports for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions by submitting a Support Ticket or contacting us through our website: Contact Us   Should Feedback Sports deem a product non-warranty, we will contact the sender for authorization to repair the product and make arrangements for payment.

Warranty Terms:

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Applicable to most Tools and Tool Kits

3 Year Warranty: Applicable to all Repair Stands, Home Storage and Mechanical Trainers

1 Year Warranty: Applicable to all Electronics, Soft-goods, and Range Click Torque Wrench.
